Jilipart Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1Acceptance and Scope

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between the person using the service and jilipart. They govern the website, account functions, sports betting, esports betting, basketball and football markets, roulette, promotions, VIP benefits, payment tools, and related services made available through jilipart.

Product-specific rules form part of this agreement. A market, game, promotion, or VIP offer may display additional conditions concerning eligibility, settlement, minimum odds, turnover, expiry, or withdrawal. Where a specific rule applies to a particular transaction, it should be read together with these general jilipart terms.

You are responsible for understanding these conditions before acting. Continuing to access jilipart after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. 2Eligibility and Location

4Identity and Payment Verification

Documents must be genuine, readable, current, and belong to the registered account holder. 5Deposits and Account Balance

Availability, minimums, maximums, and processing times may differ by member or method.

A deposit must come from a payment account or card held in your own name. Jilipart may reject or return third-party payments and may request evidence of ownership. Deposited funds are intended for genuine betting activity and must not be used to move money between payment channels.

Your visible jilipart balance may include cash, withdrawable winnings, locked promotional funds, or bonus value subject to separate conditions. These categories can be treated differently. A bonus balance is not automatically withdrawable and may expire if qualifying turnover is not completed by the stated deadline.

Jilipart is not a bank, savings account, or investment provider. No interest is paid on balances. Members should keep only an amount appropriate for planned entertainment and should review cashier records after every transaction.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals must normally be sent to a payment method registered to and controlled by the verified member. Jilipart may return funds through the original deposit route where practical or request an alternative verified account when that route cannot receive a payout.

Before approving a withdrawal, jilipart may complete identity, payment, bonus, security, fraud, and source-of-funds checks. A request may remain pending while required information is outstanding. Members should ensure that their name and payment details match the verified account profile.

Any processing time shown by jilipart is an estimate. GCash or Maya may process quickly, while bank transfer through InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, or UnionBank can depend on banking hours, maintenance, verification, and network conditions. Jilipart is not responsible for a delay caused solely by a payment provider after funds have been correctly released.

Jilipart may deduct an amount that was credited in error, reverse a duplicated transaction, or withhold disputed funds where a lawful investigation is underway. An undisputed available balance will be handled in line with applicable requirements and these terms.

7Bet Placement and Acceptance

A selection appearing in the jilipart betslip does not mean the bet has been accepted. Acceptance occurs only when jilipart confirms the wager and records it in the account history. Odds may change before confirmation, particularly during live football, basketball, esports, or other in-play events.

You must review the event, market, selection, odds, handicap, stake, and potential return before confirming. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be edited or cancelled at the member's request. Cash-out may be offered on certain wagers, but its availability and amount are not guaranteed.

Jilipart may impose minimum or maximum stakes and payout limits. Limits can vary by sport, event, market, promotion, account, or risk profile. Breaking one intended wager into several wagers to avoid a limit does not require jilipart to honour an amount above the applicable maximum.

Where an obvious odds, market, participant, start-time, score, settlement, or system error occurs, jilipart may correct the mistake and settle the wager at the valid market price or void it where a reliable correct price cannot be established. This rule is not intended to change a fairly accepted losing bet after the result; it applies to genuine and demonstrable errors.

8Sports and Esports Settlement

Sports wagers are settled using the official result recognised by jilipart after the event. Later disciplinary decisions, appeals, or statistic corrections may not change settlement unless the market rules say otherwise or the original result was published incorrectly.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or moved, settlement depends on the market-specific rules, whether play resumes within the stated period, and whether an outcome was already unconditionally determined. A void selection in an accumulator is generally recalculated at odds of 1.00 unless a specific promotion provides a different outcome.

For esports, jilipart may rely on the result published by the tournament organiser or authorised data provider. Map changes, roster substitutions, walkovers, disconnections, and format changes are handled under the rules shown for that competition. Members should check the market description before placing an esports wager.

Statistics-based markets are settled from the data source selected by jilipart. Different broadcasters may show slightly different totals for shots, assists, rebounds, corners, cards, or player actions. The designated settlement source controls the official jilipart result.

9Casino and Roulette Rules

Casino games and roulette available through jilipart are governed by the rules displayed in the game interface. These explain accepted bets, payout tables, minimum and maximum stakes, round completion, disconnection handling, and special features.

A casino round begins when the game accepts the stake. Results recorded by the game system or live dealer provider are used for settlement. If your screen freezes or your connection drops after acceptance, the round may continue on the server and the recorded result will remain valid.

Jilipart may void a round affected by a confirmed system malfunction, incomplete game record, or material technical error. Visual animation is for presentation; the validated server record controls where the display and transaction record conflict.
